Withdrawal information

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The following information applies to orders in the Smarfie^® shop, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded by law.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) physical possession of the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw effectively, we will reimburse all payments received from you, subject to statutory rules. You may have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods where permitted by law and stated in the order confirmation.
